Antique ceramic crock circa late 19th, early 20th century. This piece is of the type produced in the late 19th century and shows it’s age wonderfully in the patina on the glazed stone & bail. The crock features a stone lid, wire bail and wooden handle. The exterior of the stone has a wonderful glaze and is in good condition for its age with some wear including two cops on the lid & a fine hairline on the side. This beautiful primitive piece would love to bring its rustic charm to your kitchen or foot of your fireplace. Measures approx. 9.25” diameter x 9.5” tall.
