Each autumn, we source pumpkins, apples, and fresh apple cider from local Maine farms, selecting ingredients at the peak of the harvest season. They are brought back to our farm kitchen, where they are slowly cooked in small batches using a traditional method that relies on the fruit’s naturally occurring pectic rather than commercial additives. The warm, aromatic spices of the curry perfectly complement the sweetness of pumpkin and apples, creating a preserve that is comforting, balanced, and unlike any other.
